側腰的肥肉，尤其是穿太緊身的褲子時逼出來的肥油~
因為從褲頭上滿溢出來, 所以看起來像是顆馬芬的腰側肉！
用法：

你在做啥阿？
Liz: I'm doing side planks to get rid of the muffin top from my pregnancy.
我在做側棒（核肌訓練）消滅懷孕留下來的腰間肉。
要消脂也可以用 cut/ melt that muffin top. (通常指做運動來減去側腰肉）
